We accept CASH payments and CREDIT/DEBIT card payments on the day of service. There are no exceptions
We do offer the credit facility ZIP PAY for all treatments excluding invisalign treatment plans. Patient must be eligible to have a ZIP PAY account and provide us with the necessary information to process a ZIP PAY payment
INSURANCE
Diviach Dental is a preferred provider for:
- HCF INSURANCE - this entitles members to claim their dental services via HICAPS facility with their hard copy HCF member card. HCF members usually attain a 'no gap' check up, scale and clean, fluoride and x-rays every six months*
- NIB INSURANCE - NIB provides Diviach Dental treatments at reduced rate fees for NIB members. These members will save considerably on their dental treatment by paying much less then the average private patient, with a small out of pocket expense
* this depends on your level of insurance cover. Diviach Dental does not have any control over any out of pocket expenses on the day of service. Please call your insurance company directly to quote item numbers to ensure no out of pocket expense shock on the day of service
